Without volunteers, our mission would be meaningless. We are looking for additional volunteers. Are you willing to foster a cat for a short period, become a caretaker, help trap, or assist in one of our fundraising event? If you would like to get involved or be more involved, please send us an email at shadowcatadvocates@comcast.net. Your commitment may be only one hour or one day per month, but any help would be appreciated.

Here are just a few ways you can offer your time:

♥ We occasionally need people to transfer cats to vet appointments in Richmond and Woodbridge.

♥ Data entry: intermediate level computer skills needed to help us post our adoptables on various web sites.

♥ Staff our fundraising tables (very easy and we set you up with someone who has done it before). Check out our “Events” page for the dates we need help and then email scaorganizer@yahoo.com with your interest.

♥ If you have craft or scrapbooking skills, we need help making scrapbooks of our adoptables to be placed in vet offices.
